Kara-age Heaven

A karaage (fried chicken) paradise. Press buttons to spawn karaage and get buried in them. 1 in 100 chance of something special happening.

My friend iochan is enough of a karaage enthusiast to host VR events themed around it. While building a different world I'd been playing with a gimmick that spawns a Prefab into the scene every time you press a button, and half-jokingly, mid-conversation with iochan, I turned that into a world where karaage spawns endlessly. The more you summon, the heavier the world gets.

Along the way I added a random variant lottery so different kinds of karaage would appear, dropped a giant karaage from the sky, and layered in a scoring system that ticks up every time you eat one. I put extra care into the bite — picking one up and chomping it is meant to feel snappy and satisfying.

It's a pretty old world by now, but every so often someone shares it as a fun curiosity, and a small crowd drops in for a visit.
